Customer had water coming through the walls and floor of his lower level in his home whenever it rained hard. We installed interior french drains along the outer walls and tied them into his sump pump.

As you finished the job around 4:00 pm, it then began to rain hard at 5:00 pm. I crossed my fingers and waited for the water to come into the basement, to my suprise. The water came through the new pipe you installed and into the sump pump pit. No water on my floor!!! Two heavy rains since then and still no water in my basement. I was very surprised when you came to my house and quoted me the price and expected the whole job to take one day. Even though it took longer to open the cement floor due to the hardness of the cement floor, you did not change the price that you originally quoted me.
